プライバシーポリシー
北村 貴裕（屋号: AI参謀 / AI-sanbou、以下「運営者」）は、「MieruWorks」（LINE のグループに送られた文章と音声から、翌朝に日報をメールで届けるサービス。以下「本サービス」）で、どの情報を集め、何に使い、どこに処理を任せているかを、本プライバシーポリシーに書きます。運営者は個人事業であり、法人ではありません。English version below.
1. 集める情報
- お申し込み時に入力いただく情報：会社名、日報を届けるメールアドレス、追加の宛先メールアドレス（任意・2件まで）、契約するグループ数。
- 決済の情報：カード情報は決済サービスの Stripe が受け取り、保管します。MieruWorks はカード番号を受け取らず、保存もしません。MieruWorks が持つのは、Stripe が発行する顧客・契約の番号と、契約の状態（有効・解約など）です。
- 登録した LINE グループの情報：LINE のグループ ID、そのグループに送られた文章、送信者の LINE ユーザー ID、送信日時。
- 音声：グループに送られた音声は、文字に起こすために LINE から取り出して AI に渡します。保存するのは文字に起こした結果（タイ語の原文）と音声の長さで、音声そのものは保存しません。
- 画像：グループに送られた画像は、中身を取り出さず、LINE 上のメッセージ番号だけを記録します。
- グループ名：登録の確認と日報の見出しに使うため、その都度 LINE から取得します。
作った日報（日本語とタイ語）も保存します。登録していない LINE グループのメッセージは、保存も AI 処理もしません。
2. 使い道
- 日報を作り、ご登録のメールアドレスへ届けること（日本語とタイ語）。
- 料金の請求と、ご利用開始の案内・無料期間の終了前のお知らせ。
- お問い合わせへの対応。
3. 処理を任せている先
- Google Cloud（Google）：データの保存、サーバーの運用、記録（ログ）。
- Gemini API（Google）：音声の文字起こしと、日報の文章づくり。グループに送られた文章と音声を渡します。
- Stripe：決済と契約の管理。会社名・メールアドレス（追加の宛先を含む）・契約するグループ数を渡します。
- Resend：日報とお知らせのメール送信。メールアドレスと本文を渡します。
- LINE：メッセージの受け取りと返信。
上の先以外に、集めた情報を渡すことはありません。
4. 広告の効果の計測
広告から開く紹介ページ（/s）では、どのページまで見たか、各ページを見ていた時間、申込みボタンを押したか、BGM の再生・停止、解説動画の再生と再生の進み具合を記録します。どの広告から来たか（URL に付いた広告の識別子）も記録し、お申し込みと結び付けて数えます。
- 記録に使う番号はページを開くたびに新しく作る乱数で、端末には保存しません。同じ人を日をまたいで追うことはできません。
- サービス紹介ページ（/lp）と設定ガイド（/guide）では、解説動画の再生と再生の進み具合だけを記録します。
- この計測の記録には、IP アドレスとブラウザの種類（User-Agent）を含めません。ただし、サーバーを置いている Google Cloud が、すべてのアクセスについて IP アドレスとブラウザの種類を含む記録を自動で残します。この記録は、現在の設定では30日で消えます。
- cookie は使いません。端末に保存するのは、BGM を消したかどうかの設定だけです。
- 広告の配信元（Meta など）へ、このサイトから閲覧やお申し込みの情報を送ることはしていません。
5. 開示・訂正・削除のご請求とお問い合わせ
運営者が持つご自身の情報の開示・訂正・削除のご請求、そのほか本ポリシーや本サービスについてのお問い合わせは、下記のメールアドレスへお送りください。ご本人であることを確認したうえで対応します。
Privacy Policy
Takahiro Kitamura (trade name: AI参謀 / AI-sanbou; the "Operator") sets out in this Privacy Policy what information MieruWorks (a service that turns text and voice messages sent to a LINE group into a daily report delivered by email the next morning; the "Service") collects, how it is used, and which providers process it. The Operator is a sole proprietor, not a corporation.
1. Information we collect
- Sign-up details: company name, the email address that receives the daily report, additional recipient email addresses (optional, up to two), and the number of groups in the plan.
- Payment information: card details are collected and stored by our payment provider, Stripe. MieruWorks does not receive or store card numbers. We keep the customer and subscription IDs issued by Stripe and the subscription status (active, cancelled, etc.).
- Registered LINE groups: the LINE group ID, text messages sent to the group, the sender's LINE user ID, and the time sent.
- Voice messages: voice messages sent to the group are retrieved from LINE and passed to an AI service for transcription. We store the transcript (in the original Thai) and the length of the audio, not the audio itself.
- Images: for images sent to the group, we record only the LINE message ID. We do not retrieve the image.
- Group name: retrieved from LINE when needed, to confirm registration and to label each section of the report.
We also store the reports we create (Japanese and Thai). Messages from LINE groups that are not registered are neither stored nor processed by AI.
2. How we use it
- To create the daily report and send it to the registered email address (in Japanese and Thai).
- To bill for the service, and to send the welcome guide and a notice before the free trial ends.
- To respond to enquiries.
3. Service providers
- Google Cloud (Google): data storage, server hosting, and logs.
- Gemini API (Google): transcribing voice messages and writing the report. Text and voice messages sent to the group are passed to it.
- Stripe: payments and subscription management. Company name, email addresses (including additional recipients), and number of groups are passed to it.
- Resend: sending report and notice emails. The email address and the email content are passed to it.
- LINE: receiving and replying to messages.
We do not share the information we collect with anyone other than the providers above.
4. Advertising measurement
On the page opened from our ads (/s), we record how far a visitor scrolled, how long each page was viewed, whether the sign-up button was tapped, background music play/stop, and explainer video plays and progress. We also record which ad the visitor came from (the ad identifiers in the URL) and count it together with sign-ups.
- The ID used for this record is a random number created each time the page is opened and is not stored on the device. It cannot be used to follow the same person across days.
- On the product page (/lp) and the setup guide (/guide), we record only explainer video plays and progress.
- These measurement records do not include IP addresses or browser type (User-Agent). However, Google Cloud, which hosts our servers, automatically keeps access logs that include IP address and browser type for every request. With the current settings, these logs are deleted after 30 days.
- We do not use cookies. The only thing stored on your device is whether you turned the background music off.
- This site does not send page views or sign-up information to ad platforms (such as Meta).
